Last week Seashells were exploring a range of Art forms, these included:

• Sketching 'The Girl with a Balloon' by Banksy, as well as artwork by Charlie Mackesy. The children were encouraged to use their pencils in a variety of ways to add texture to their sketches.
• Sketch, paint and add texture to the famous painting 'A Starry Night' by Vincent van Gogh.
• Create their own placard to emphasize the importance of education for all children. 
• Lastly, react to the illustrations and important messages in our class text,  'Malala's Magic Pencil,' through freeze frames and thought tapping in Drama. 

I'm sure you can all agree with me, that Seashell's have some fantastic artists in the making.
